These Terms govern your use of Kosmic Kat AI Studio, operated by MOTIVAI PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"). By using the Studio, you agree to these Terms.
The Studio is a creative production tool for AI-generated video, image, and audio content. You must bring your own API keys for third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Seedance, ElevenLabs, etc.). We do not provide or sell access to these third-party models directly.
Founder accounts are permanently assigned and cannot be reassigned by any other user. Team members are granted role-based access at the Founder's discretion and may be revoked at any time.
You retain full ownership of content you create using the Studio, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers you connect (e.g. Seedance, OpenAI). Some providers may impose their own usage restrictions on generated content — review their terms separately.
Commission payments processed via Razorpay, Stripe, or Google Pay are subject to the refund policy stated at time of purchase. Generation costs incurred via your own connected API keys are billed directly by those providers and are non-refundable through us.
The Studio is provided "as is". AI-generated output may be inaccurate, unpredictable, or require revision. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
MOTIVAI PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Studio, including costs incurred through connected third-party APIs.
We may suspend access for violation of these Terms. Founder accounts retain permanent administrative rights as defined in the Team module.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
